Becoming Your "Perfect Weight & Body Balance" is a whole mind/body program that focuses on weight as what the body carries around as to
much heavy or negative energy.
Visualization (light energy processes) techniques lift you into a heightened state of awareness where you can
heal the underlying issues and challenges and make lasting changes, creating balance in your life and body.
Balance, weight loss or gain and lasting change comes from an inner space of acceptance and loving yourself on the inside, regardless
of what the outside looks like.
Each week you work with one light energy or healing process and one food awareness or energy understanding process.
Week 1 - Back In Time: Takes you on a visual journey from three years old til present through the building blocks of
your consciousness and body. This process unlocks heavy and stressful energy and reveals your patterns of thought, feelings and actions
around food and how you feel about yourself. This process brings forth and heals all of the programs which make you feel that you can't
love yourself , that you are not good enough as you are and that you need to please others or sell yourself for love.
What to look for in the foods you eat.
Week 2 - Contracts and Agreements: Turns your eating over to your body' s inner guidance so that your inner guidance
signals you when you are eating or using food for reasons other than sustenance and balance.
Up, Up and Away - Cuts chords of attachment (addiction) to unhealthy foods, people or memories which cause imbalance in
your life and body. Often we have memories or history of celebrations or comforting with food. Sometimes these celebrations have been
joyful. Othere times ther have been heavy or negative emotions attached to them. Either way some of these foods have become
either comfort foods or even binge foods causing imbalance or they simply are not currently best for your physical well being.
This process cut the chords of mental, emotional and psychic attachment to these food s and people and takes you thru the healing processes of
healing the underlying issue.
How Much Is Enough. Breaking thru the myths and obsessions of calorie counting. Understanding the benefits
of protein, fats and carbs and how they are all good for you!
Week 3 - Issues In The Tissues: Takes you on a fantastic voyage of your body. Melts protective armoring from
physical, mental, emotional or sexual abuse the body stores as fattening or protective armor. This process uses the energy of the white
light and cleanses the body systems.
Cleansing and Detoxification: Recognising the effects of cleansing and detoxification and how to manage and clear them
without getting stuck in a toxic cycle.

and balance.
