disconnected from the flow of energy and they feel "dry", tight or weak and lack energy, openess and warmth.
These areas can be caused by a physical trauma or injury, life's stresses or unbalanced repetitive physical movements and improper
postural patterns.
Properly practiced the process of yoga can unblock clogged, stuck, overloaded or disconnected areas of energy, rebalance your
energy body and increase your overall energy so you can live an active, pain free life.
